XORP(eXtensible Open Router Platform)是可扩展开放路由器平台，一个开源路由器软件栈。项目的目标是建立一个软件路由器平台，是功能齐全的、稳定和足够的生产使用，灵活和可扩展性。它可实现路由协议为IPv4和IPv6和统一的手段来配置它们。
XORP is the industry's only extensible open source routing platform. XORP provides a fully featured platform that implements IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols and a unified platform to configure them. It is the only open source platform to offer integrated multicast capability. XORP's modular architecture allows rapid introduction of new protocols, features and functionality, including support for custom hardware and software forwarding.

此版本增加了async-XRL支持，修复了一个非VLAN接口相关操作的bug，修复了BSD相关的崩溃的bug等。
