SILC (Secure Internet Live Conferencing) 是一个提供安全的网络会议服务的协议，可用来发送任何类型的消息包括文本信息和多媒体信息，例如视频、音频等。所有的消息传递都是加密和经过认证的，而且是签名的。SILC 支持包括 AES, SHA-1, PKCS#1, PKCS#3, X.509, OpenPGP 等加密标准。可与Pidgin配合使用。该项目包含一个基于 SILC 的服务器和客户端程序。
