大部分阅读本博文的读者都知道，Zimbra Desktop是一个非常特别的客户端。它是唯一一个完全免费和自由的、跨平台的工具，使你可以在线或离线地存储和同步电子邮件、日程安排、联系人、文件 及文档。在Zimbra Desktop 2.0 中，还加入了管理Facebook and Twitter账号的功能。
当然Zimbra Desktop也是对 Zimbra Web Client and Zimbra Mobile的一个有益补充，因为它给一个组织提供了在线或离线情况下完全一致的用户体验。
面向最终用户的改进：
